Tyler Coupling is in the giving spirit early after a surprising discovery

Recently, Tyler Coupling worked on a unique project that began with a surprising discovery.

Tyler Coupling currently rents two of three buildings from Freelander Industrial for additional warehouse space. While cleaning out one of the older buildings, previously occupied by Come Play Products, which closed in 2000, the team uncovered nearly a quarter million dollars' worth of unused toys.

The toys included plastic bowling sets, shopping carts, basketball sets, food bags and cleaning sets, with some still in their original packaging. Rather than let them go to waste, the team spent several days cleaning the space and palletizing the toys. With help from Convoy of Hope, the toys will be gifted to families in need this holiday season.

“It's been an incredibly rewarding experience, and we're proud to be part of something that will bring joy to so many children,” said Tyler Coupling Human Resources Manager Micayla Helms.

The local news channel, KY3, highlighted the surprising discovery and the positive impact of this donation for lower socioeconomic status individuals in the community.
