Kennedy Valve holds team cookout

Kennedy Valve had several things that they wanted to celebrate so they decided to hold a team cookout.  First, they wanted to congratulate the hydrants value stream for meeting and exceeding their first pass yield goal for three (3) consecutive months.  Secondly, they wanted to recognize team members that developed a “work-around” so they could continue to building GruvLok valves after a critical component failure on the Press.  They also wanted to celebrate the successful completion of the Inliner Table Maintenance Project which started on May 13 and was completed on May 15.  And last, but certainly not least, they received word that they were approved to supply fire hydrants for the city of Denver, Colorado.

Congratulations to the Kennedy team for going above and beyond to get the job done.
