It's time for the annual Canada Pipe Sales Meeting. In February 2013 for the first time in 20 years, we left the familiar venue in Hamilton and travelled to Quebec City. The group was hosted by the Canada Pipe Quebec Sales team who did a fantastic job at organizing the venue, meeting agenda and allowing for time to enjoy the annual winter carnival being held in the Old City.
A significant amount of knowledge and information was shared among all of the attendees including presentations from McWane Corporate, Clow Water Systems, DIPRA and McWane Technical Group. In the afternoon and evening, there was plenty of time to build stronger working relation ships and reminisce about the old times.
Overall, it was a very successful meeting and the change of scenery was appreciated by all. A special thank you goes out to Michel Metivier for spending many hours beforehand organizing the accommodations, meeting room, excellent dinners, lot of entertainment and, of course, for providing us all with our very own Quebec Survival Kits. We are looking forward to being hosted by John Braun next year in Vancouver.
